Not every style of therapy works for every client. That's why we have an eclectic mix of interventions available to help you find the person you are inside. We strive to make every session meet your needs, and are always open to feedback about how therapy is going for you.

Often trauma, stress, and mental illness doesn't just impact one of us, it impacts our family and support network. Family therapy doesn't have to be only with biological relatives, it can be with your found family, too. Family therapy focuses on identifying roles in the family system, improving communication, working on the relationships in the family system, identifying and fortifying boundaries, and increasing understanding and compassion amongst the members of the family.

All fees are per appointment/session unless otherwise indicated.
Our rates are commensurate with local providers of similar experience and expertise. We have multiple specialties available and provide comprehensive, holistic care, and continue to increase our therapeutic offerings regularly.
Service fees may be reduced by insurance payments. Deductibles, copays, and coinsurance are due once insurance claims have been returned to the practice.
It is recommended that you also check with your insurance prior to your appointment about your own eligibility and benefits. You are responsible for knowing what your out of pocket cost will be. We will do our best to help you determine it.
